- Ctrl Engineering Added November 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited ten minutes and nobody came over to the table despite the signs saying "please take a seat full table service". We ended up leaving. I don't think the employees even noticed.

- Phillip Gurney Added September 27, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered a takeaway coffee this morning and then was told a minimum $10 spend on EFTpos. I told them I would take my business somewhere else. This poor level of service in 2018 is disgusting. It costs the merchant nothing to facilitate an EFTpos transaction. Poor management. Further to this yesterday when I had breakfast here, I was seated 10mins before I was acknowledged by anyone. If the mobile coffee cart on the side of the road 5mins drive away can take EFTpos so can Coffee Club. I wonder how the franchise would feel about you running a business with their brand this way?

Received menu. Waited again. Still no service. Decided food would no doubt also take some time so left without getting to place an order

Got my coffee, other people came in, at least 8 of which ordered food and received said food. Not once did someone come over to see how I was going. At 10:50 went to counter to pay for my drink and told them I had not received my food. Was told the tickets weren't always working properly and that they could make my food now as my order was on the system. Told them I had waited long enough and not to worry, paid for my drink and left.
Do not recommend. - Charmaine Hard Added May 02, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Waits Taff were very friendly.. Mind you I was the only person here... Couches are a bit torn.. Breakfast was pretty standard.... Great view.
